I have a browning auto 5 16 gauge "sweet sixteen" made in belgium. I was told it was mad in the early 1940's. it is 2 3/4" chamber with a smooth barrel in excellent condition.
can you give me some idea of the approximate value.

Would have to be made BEFORE 1940 to have been made in Belgium. Is the serial under 200,000 or so?
A very early serial would be quite collectible others under 200,000 some premium but otherwise I believe they are all a 7-800. gun in excellent condition.
