I have 4 winchester 30-30 model 94's that were given to me. They are in great condition. I have been a bow hunter my whole life and have no idea what they are worth. A close friend wants to buy one from me. Serial numbers are:
1. 1066207
2. 2372437
3. 2177724
4. 1402836

Rick,

New rule. Anybody who has been given four rifles must pass them at no cost to the moderators!!! Especially since you are not using those dust collectors.

1. 1066207 1929
2. 2372437 1959
3. 2177724 1956
4. 1402836 1943-48

Those are the years they were manufactured. Number one could be in a different price range because of its age. Can you give a good description of each including the caliber and any special features? Checkered wood etc. Photos would be a big help.

I'll take the old one

No special features. No scratches or dings. Like new. I'm stupid, what different calibers are there in a 30 30 lever action?

No, you are not stupid. I just didn't scroll back to read the post again. The 94's were produced in 5 different calibers with the .30-30 by far the most popular. Some people just think they are all that way. Since you didn't mention it I will assume they are all carbines style configurations

The 1929 rifle, if very nice, could be around $2000 or slightly more. The others will be almost in the same group and be valued in the $500 to $700 range.

Good luck

Rick,

Glad to help. And let me know if he passes on the 1929 version. I might be interested. Will need some photos though

Thanks
