I am looking at a Winchester model 94 30-30,serial number 2848322 in fair to good condition.How much should I offer for it?

Fair to good doesn't sound real glowing to me. The rifle was made in 1961. So it sure could have some road use on it if not well cared for. So without some good photos to figure out just what the condition is I will assume a 75% condition gun and it is in the $400 ballpark.
