I am interested in a winchester Model 94 30-30 Carbine Serial # 1768202..I saw today, whats the value or resale price for this model?

It all depends on the condition of the rifle. The one you are looking at is from 1951. It could somewhere between $500 and $2500. But it better be darn good looking for the big number. You need to look carefully at the amount of blue on the rifle and the bore condition. Take a few or more photos and post them. I'll be glad to give you a better estimate when I know what you are looking at.
