husqvarna vapenfabriks A.B. .243 Winchester
model 4000 #209050. added Leupold 2x7x33mm VXII scope.Weaver rings. Bore sighted. One shot. Perfect. This is a very accurate gun with a great bolt action. I would just like to know more about it. Value? I think it's was made in 1955 not sure. Was it considered an accurate gun? I know in it's day it was going heads-up with the sako's. I personally feel this gun was underrated. What do you think? Are they hard to find in this caliber?

Let's answer your first question= VALUE, In my opinion,
These were very well built rifles & very accurate . Al- though not commanding a high price, the value is , used in the range of Good , listed at $350.00 to $575.00, without scope & rings.

They manufactured these from 1954 to 1972, These are a very light rifle, & shows what a light barrel contour can produce in accuracy. I personalty shoot 5 round off a bench, to see what type of group I get.

I'm going to get hell from this, But I have worked on Sako's & would much rather have a Husky', this is just 1 man's opinion . Also this caliber is one of the common ones...........Good luck, keep hunting & always keep your powder dry..........................Joe
