in good condition you rifle should be worth 550 - 650. JMHO

the a bolt would proably be in the 450-650 range in the condition stated mabey a little more with a trade in value of between 300-500 to a dealer depending how bad he wants it..i used to see alot of brownings and weatherbys at a local wal store a few years back selling for 400 in the box,,but those years are gone forever and its one of those should've and could've situations ya kick yourself for not buying..lol..lol..

Thanks Big Curt, The rifle has a nice Burris Scope and Sling so I think $550 is a reasonable starting place. I feel better about it now.

I am in the same boat. Looking @ a 270 sold in 1989 W/scope for $350.00. It has been hunted with and there is minor scratches on the stock and barrel. Gentlemen is looking to unload it. Researching the value to pay the gentlemen.

Any input?
