how much is a llama 22 lr semi auto (looks like a army issue...

how much is a llama 22 lr semi auto (looks like a army issue 45 that got put in he dryer) worth. it holds 10 shells and a c worker wants to trade for my glock 22 early 90's model. would i be making a bad deal if i traded

hello,,i wouldn't trade a glock for a llama 22 ,,not because there bad guns but because the llama would value around 200 good-250 vg and that would be prices a dealer would ask in his shop for the llama,,if you walked into a dealers shop with the llama he might offer you 100-150 for it IF IT WERE BASICALLY NEW IN THE BOX ,,and i think i'd rather sell the glock outright and look on gunbroker and i'd proably find a llama baby 22 and have money left over for shells ,,lol,,i can tell you from experience with the llama 22's they can be problematic,,there ammo sencitive to start with,,they work with some and don't feed with others,,also some ammo doesn't have enough power to work the slide fully ,,parts are tough to find if ya break something,,i don't know if anybody has clips anymore ,,in my opinion ,,keep your glock and tell him you'll give him 150 for the 22 ,,there cute and the really look like a 45 shrunk down and the cuteness appealed to me a couple times threw the years but it's just a gun ya can't always depend on being reliable !! i'm not knocking llama pistols ..there 45 1911 copies are top notch in my books for an inexpencive entry level 45,,but the 22 copies just aren't reliable in my opinion ,,now the center fire baby copies are another story and i've owned a 32 acp and a 380 baby and they shot pretty good ,,now if your buddy from work will let you take it out and shoot 100 rds thru it and it doesn't fail to feed or function in those 100 rds then mabey his is a good one,,but i still think your end of the deal is worth more anyday ,,andi bet you glock will shoot 100 rds without a feed or function problem!if ya take it out and it shoot good and ya really gotta have the llama go for it but have him kick up some cash with the llama ,,i'd say he gotta add 150 if it feeds 100rds and 200 if it doesn't ,,lol,, to make the deal about right ,,value wise ,,but thats just an opinion ..and by the way ,,your glock 22's value would be 300 good -450 exc in the private sale market,,dealers would proably go 200-300 cash or trade .. depending how nice it is ,,
