Hibbard Model U H 22 Octagon Rifle

I have 2 rifles that I would like to know more information about, the approx. age, where it was made and the current value and how rare it may be????
1. Hibbard Model U H 22 S. L. & L. R. Model or serial # 4844 K It has an octagon shape barrel.
2. Winchester 22 Automatic with patent Dates of August 27, 01, Feb. 25, 02 and Dec. 22, 03 and model or serial # is 76798 and it loads in the butt..
Both of thee rifles are very old and in good condition.
