Hi i have an iver johnson single shot shotgun it says on the side champion iver johnson arms & cycle works fitchburg mass the only serial # is letters on the triggergard FBBR..its in very nice shape ,can anyone tell me how old it is ..thanks Jim

hello,,iver johnson made the champion line of singles from 1909-1956 and they were made in a varity of guages and enen made some in 44 and 45 caliber,,book prices for one in VG condition is 100-125,,if it's perfect or one of the harder to find guages or calibers it might sell for 150-175..

Hi and thanks for the info bigcurt ,,the gun is in very nice shape and looks great ,and shoots good ,i know you said it was made in 1909-to1956 is there any way to tell just what year it was made in by the letters on the triggergaurd there { FBBR} thanks agian Jim
