I was at my local gun shop and they had a brand of gun I had not seen before. It was a Ranger left-hand bolt action. Manufactured in Gainsville,Tx with a laminated thumb-hole stock. It was very well made the action was a type I had not seen before, it was close to a Weatherby. The bolt handle appeared to be made of an alloy, the both itself was steel.
Any info on this would be appreaciated or the value.

Hi blackheart.
I asked around for you and couldn't find any information.
Maybe if you post a picture or pictures of the details someone here could help you!

It may just be me, but if I could pick up this piece for less than $300~~400, I would. Simply seeing that it is a lefty would interest me no-end.

Well I traded for the Ranger rifle, its in the safe. I will post a picture as soon As I heve time to take one and post it.
I will have to have the stock cut down a bit, whoever the rifle was made for had long arms. It is chambered for 300win. I will have it opened up to 300 Weatherby.
