Have been searching web for something to value my set of Browning B-80's [12 & 20], but can't seem to find this model. Is it that scarce ?

your brownings were made between1981-1988 the 12 is the cheaper of the 2 and book value for it is 450vg-500exc,,the 20 books for 500-600 ,,if your still have the boxes add another 50 bucks for either one
