Hi,
I bought a new remington model 700 CDL. I noticed that the bolt number (##21) is only few numbers off from the serial number on the rifle (##32).
Will this increase or decrease the future value?
Does it make it more or less collectible? Would it be more or less desirable to collectors?

Thanks,
L.S.

thats kinda odd usually they match each other,,you said you bought it new ..if recently i think i'd ask remington about that..it may have been swapped at some time for one reason or another ..but i'd say it should match,,as for colectability ,,a mismatched gun will lower the value over a matching rifle of any kind!!
