I have a gun that was passed down from my Father. It was his first gun and I am very proud to have it. Could you give me some background on the gun.

It is a Ward's Western Field .410 gauge
Model 10-5894-B and is in excellent condition. I have no plans to sell the gun but would like to know an approximate value for insurance purposes.

Your help is appreciated.

The stock and grip are wood and the barrel is a break down by shifting a lever behind the cocking hammer.
