could anyone tell me the origin behind a walther ppk serial number 296511k that has an eagle over an "n" proof mark - found it for sale locally

hello the walther ppk your looking at with a eagle over N proof was made after april of 1940,,value would be around 500-650,,mabey a little more if extra clean or to a walther collector ,,nazi marked pistols with an eagle over 359 will bring more to collectors,,

My walther ppk has a crown with a cross above the N what is its meaning? Has brown grips no etching of any kind on barrel? 223477K seriel # Any Value? Thanks
