I have a colt commander in .38 Super that belonged to my dad and I was curious when it was manufactured. The serial no. is 347XX L.W. It is a little scuffed with light scratches hear and there but is complete with no rust and it functions perfectly and the clip is marked .38 super. He used to be a traveling salesman and carried it under the seat of his car...horrible story but that's the way it was. I've always wondered when this gun was made. Does this caliber and model in about 75% condition have much value? Please respond to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it thanks,
