I have 1911 Colt serial above #400,000 so called Black Army in 95-98% condition original barrel marked P and a H every thing is correct the mag is marked R on top lip of base Risdom could be WW2 as it is all black not two tone but Risdom made them in ww1 & ww2. Sorry no pictures yet what is the value of these Colts these days?

hi pipefitter,
from the serial number you provided your 1911 was manufactured in 1918. as for value it could range from $2000 on up. it be worth the effort to have a profession appraisal done.. JMHO
