What is the best caliber to shoot that will give me a nice big flame out the muzzle end... Suggestion for calibers and revolvers would be

No idea why this would be desireable, but try the Ruger Blackhawk in 30 Carbine. With W-296 powder it puts out a pretty good flame! Very impressive at night.

Humm, istm that choice of powder and barrel length would be more significant than caliber or make of revolver.
