would be nice to have some details on it to help id it,,look on the side of the slide for information such as dates or manufactures ,,post exactly what it says because this usually has a major part to play in idying a firearm,,and example of a beretta marking on the slide would be,,
PIETRO BERETTA BRESCIA CASA FONDATA 7.65MM BREVETTO 1915,,These markings would usually be on the left side of the slide and would indicate that this pistol would be a model 1915 pistol,,any other marking would also be helpful such as proofs marks to determine if it was ever proofed by the germans during ww2 for use,,so look it over and try to post as much detail as possible

mandiesdad, Your Beretta pistol is a Model 1935 in 7.65mm (or 32 ACP) caliber used by the Italian Royal Air Force, Royal Navy and a few were used by the Royal Army. With your serial number I'd say the pistol was from the end of 1939. Check the frame area for additional markings. The Air Force used an eagle with a Crown above and at that time the Navy was using letters of R&M. It is also possible that this was a commercial sale to someone, usually in the military. These markings are also on the frame of a proof, and date stamps.

All that info above assuming you did not misstate your serial number. Very important in identifying Beretta pistols without photos or additional information.

As to the value condition is key but probably $350-$600 or more (Mar.2010) based on the bluing and lack of damages. Additional information would help in determining the value.

As this message is so old I doubt you'll return for the info. Too bad for that.
