Back into the daylight

Over 5 years ago I purchased a Remington Model 11 16 ga. I shelved her for one reason or another until just a few days ago. An old friend asked me to go to a controlled pheasnt hunt, (as in pen raised birds). I took the old gun and a box of numbers 6's. The birds flew within the first 20 minutes of hunting. We had dogs and everyother TOM DICK and HARRY had dogs so it was one large everyone get in the way type thing that will never come close to my early days of bird hunting on unlimited private farm areas back in the 60' and 70's. Anyoldwho, as I was watched birds flush wild I decided to take a passing shot at a fat rooster. I folded his arse on the second round and watched him crash dead into a fence. Exilerating.
