hello,,your beretta would value around 150-200 used ,,ammo is 3.00 a box of 50,, on average these days so you can do the math on the ammo,,

Did an online search for the ammo. Found a couple of places that sell the ammo made by Centurian where it costs about $15 for 50. It is a 30 grain bullet.

ammo shouldn't be hard to find, winchester 38-40 ammo is the same as 38 WCF. ableammo.com has some although it's fairly expensive.
