I am hoping someone can give me a realistic answer to this question, as I know i cannot trust my local gun dealer even though he is a long time acquaintance of mine.

My question is in regards to a Class III weapon that I purchased over a year ago.

The host gun is a Colt SP-1. It was converted to full auto by using a registered SWD Lightning Link.

As many may know, when a LL is inserted into a compatible host, the result is either a full auto mag dumper or nothing.

This gun is considerably different in that someone spent the money to have a (seemingly very talented) gunsmith add select fire. The work is incredible and gives the user the option of safe-semi-full. The gun cycles flawlessly and I have been very happy with it.

The furniture is NOT the original SP-1, someone decided at some point to add a bunch of cheap tactical accessories. Front rail is now polymer, butt stock is a cheap collapsible stock.

The gun came with an 18" and 21" barrel.

There are no marks or scratches, the barrels are in great condition, with no pitting, warping, or scratches.

It is now time for me to part with it as I am in need of funds. I HATE to do this, as I know that Class III weapons are going to do nothing but skyrocket.

Many will say " I can't tell you what it's worth without seeing it" I have owned many weapons, especially AR-15's. I was a bit skeptical about everything on this gun because I bought it online. I was shocked at how well it was converted, how well it fired, and how well it had been maintained.

Please,

Any help would be much appreciated.
