30-40 Krags made outside of the US?

Hi big curt, did they make 30-40 Krags outside of the US at anytime, there is a 1906 date stamped on the metal above what looks like a crown or something, can't really make it out with the naked eye though and there is a number 8131 stamped about 4 different places on the metal also, just curious about where this gun came from. Thanks
