REMINGTON ARM UNION ,METALLIC CARTRIDGE CO.REMINGTON WORKS,LLION N Y USA, PEDERSA PATENTS JAN 5 1901,OCT 121909 ,MARCH 6 1910, APRIL 16 1912 RW
(AND THEN THIS #)221878 TRADE MARK UMC CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS GUN IS WORTH AND A LITTLE HISTORY ON IT ...THE GUN IS IN PERFECT CONDITION ...I MEAN LIKE BRAND NEW THANKS
Mine Has "RW" REMINGTON WORKS
and under that 198265, from what I have found
that makes it (1912-1913) ish.
I read that in the 200000s they are from 1914
It's 1913, 1914 started at 238344.
So there will be no "history" available other then the manufactured date. If it's a 22lr (12-C) and not a 22 WRF (12-CS) I believe it's worth a bit more. In perfect condition it's at least a $800 gun if you had the box it would add several hundred. If it has a Lymann sight that would add another hundred. This of course if perfect is original perfect.
