I have a rifle that is a one owner and in great shape with no modifications. Can anyone offer a value and a possible respectable outlet for a sale?
Lacated in SE Michigan. Thanks

Hey Jake,

I grew up just north of Detroit. Sorry about the Tigers.

You could take your rifle by the Cabela's in Dundee. But they or anybody else will only give a wholesale price for it which might be around $400. You would do much better selling it yourself. I have been out of Mi for +29 years now and really do not know anybody up there. You might try putting it on Gunbroker, start bidding at $100 and put a reserve of $550 or so on it and see how it goes. It is a 1960 vintage and they do get a bit of a premium for pre 64 rifles. But I am very aware that times are tough up there. Still lots of family in state.

The one pictured is going for $680 down here in Texas.

Good luck.
Let me know how you do
