I need a magazine spring.

I need a description of the bullet and where to
buy them or have them made

I need a good gunsmith in the Houston/Sugarland, Texas area to put the spring in, check out the bullet loading and firing path because several other bullets of the wrong type were pushed in a little to hard by the frind that lost my spring.

I also would like to have it test fired so that i know its safe before I do some target practice.

Gordon,

I am confused. The model 1906 is a pump action but does not have the tear drop loading port in the stock. That feature is a trademark of the Model 63 rimfire. But that rifle is an automatic chambered for .22 L Rifle cartridges. That is a fine Model 63 below.

You might try this link for the spring which you need. http://homesteadfirearms.com/parts/shopcart/ commerce.cgi?product=Winchester_63& cart_id=1257299428.2742

I have used Gary Lucario for my modern gun smith needs. He is just north of downtown a bit east of 45. Kind of a shadey neighborhood but a great guy. He was ill last I talked to him about 2 years ago.

Get some new friends who aren't going to hurt themselves or you with your guns.

Hope this helps
