hello,,i'll take a shot at it ,,my refrence books tell me that WC scott was making arms in england in 1834 and they merged with P Webley in 1897 and the name was changed to webley and scott revolver and arms co later on.. there isn't alot of refrence to the hammer shotguns but they did make some fine boxlocks hammerless shotguns..the only value i see is pretty broad and say hammer guns will range from 250-2000 depending on the grade and condition,,you might want to do a search online for webley and scott revolver and arms company and see what you turn up..sorry i couldn't give you a better value but alot of old hammer guns just don't justify the refrence books getting into alot of detail over and there proably isn't alot of information out there reguarding grades they offered in hammer guns made in the middle to late 1800's,,there may be some books that might help if you look at the book stores online for english double barrel shotguns ,,but i don't have any specififally valueing them,,
