i have a browinng 12 lght serial #393217 in almoth perfect condition made in belguim no choke beutiful ingraving can anyboby tell me what the year and value is.

the browning auto-5 lightweight was made between 1952+1976 untill Miroku from japan took over the a5 line and the model was changed to the auto-5 light 12..prices forthe belgium made model range from 600-900 at auction or private sale,,dealers will buy but expect a dealer to offer between 350-500 mabey a little more if really nice.. if it's got a L or an H in front of the serial it was made in 1955..L was for lightweight and H was the standard model
